Systems Engineers
- Work independently and within a team to conduct systems engineering activities. Activities may include: developing concepts of operations; conducting requirements analysis; developing and evaluating specifications, system architectures, and designs; conducting technical interchanges, reviews, and other related exchanges of information; prototyping operational systems; and working with clients throughout all activities.
- At least 5 years experience as a systems engineer or analyst is required. Air Traffic Management systems and/or the National Airspace System is beneficial, but not required.
- BS or MS in technical field such as engineering, computer science, math, or operations research is required. However, experience may substitute for education.

Software Engineers
- Work independently and within a team to conduct software engineering activities. Activities may include: software requirements analysis, development, and review; software specification and design; software development and integration; software testing; deployment of software-based systems; and working with clients throughout all activities.
- At least 5 years experience as a software engineer or developer is required. Air Traffic Management systems and/or the National Airspace System is beneficial, but not required.
- BS or MS in technical field such as computer science, engineering, math, or operations research is required. However, experience may substitute for education.

Operations Research Analyst
- Work independently and within a team to conduct operations research and analytics activities. Activities may include: statistical analysis of operational data from complex systems, performance metrics development, development and use of analytical and simulation models of complex systems, cost/benefit/risk analyses to support investment decisions, and working with clients throughout all activities.
- At least 5 years experience as an operations research analyst is required. Air Traffic Management systems and/or the National Airspace System is beneficial, but not required.
- BS or MS in technical field such as operations research, statistics, computer science, engineering, or math is required. However, experience may substitute for education.
